Once I heard this place had meat I had to try it. See my girlfriend won't eat anywhere without beef. With menu items to accommodate her restrictions we could final go here. So as a vegan I tried the "real" chicken sandwich and it is so good. It tasted just like the real chicken! The sandwich gave me so much energy, will definitely be back!

They have recently added non vegan dishes. My friend got the Chicken Sandwich. I had a bite and I'm telling you it was amazing!! I had the Grilled Cabbage Salad, Cauliflower Steak and Crunchy Potatoes. It was so good I ate until I was overly full. I mean I couldn't stop. You know when you have to pop that top button full? Ya, THAT good!!

Wednesday night, we found free street parking in the residential area. We walked in and the bartender said to sit anywhere we liked and someone would come get our order. We walked upstairs and it was fairly empty. We got a whole section to ourselves. Our waitress was friendly and prompt with taking our order. The cauliflower bites were good (a little soft). They were out of the pumpkin gnocchi so they subbed with parsnip gnocchi, which came fried. They were also good. Pretty byrd's sauce was yummy and the fries were perfectly cooked.

You need not be a vegan to eat here! My vegan friend and I (I'm not) had dinner here last week. We had the Pretty Bird and Dirty Bird along with an appetizer of the asparagus. Let me just say, I was (happily) shocked by how plentiful the asparagus appetizer was in addition to being quite delicious! The sandwiches were tasty and so satisfying I couldn't finish mine. Took it home and finished it the next day. The atmosphere is fun and it's become a place I will return time and again. Can't wait to go when the weather is nice. I plan to sit on the large porch out front while I enjoy a cocktail and some more tasty tidbits. The cocktails are a interesting and a taste adventure all to themselves. Parking can be a bit of a challenge but if you can walk a block, you'll be fine. If you think vegan food can't be satisfying and delicious, you've never had real vegan food.

Where has 3 Howls been hiding all my life? Located less than 15 minutes away from my home, I was surprised I'd never heard of it. My friend introduced me to this restaurant and what a find it is! I went in December and the place felt full of charm and coziness. The space was perfectly decorated with holiday cheer and the waiter was the same. Service was lovely, the entrees delicious, and drinks smooth. I enjoyed the pumpkin gnocci & seasonal spiced cider (rum). The gnocci was seasoned wonderfully and the drink was crafted to perfection. I'm not a big drinker and don't like the taste of alcohol so this drink was made for me. The alcohol was masked well and the warm drink filled my tummy with happiness. Street parking was challenging to find on a Friday night but was well worth it to be able to try 3 Howls. I've already decided to bring back my friends another time because of how impressed I was. Note: I'm not vegan but 3 Howls made me think I could be!

3 Howls is a great spot, and even though they're a bar, they're family-friendly during the day (they even have a kids' menu). We had a lovely, relaxed lunch on the patio, as the weather was beautiful the day we visited. The completely vegan menu had all sorts of options, from sandwiches and burgers to salads and noodles, and everything we tried was delicious. I ordered the pretty byrd, which was a "chicken" cutlet sandwich with bacon and cheese, and it was delicious. It came with a side of fries, and we also shared some fried brussels sprouts, which were amazing. I often get those at restaurants since I don't fry them at home, and these were a great version topped with parmesan, chives, and balsamic. Really enjoyed our lunch here!

I've been to 3 Howls Remedy House twice now and will be back again! I came for the first time in the summer. I was driving through Vancouver, and was starting to get a little tired. I needed a pick me up. I saw this place mentioned in the vegan Facebook group I belong to. As I was walking up to the restaurant, it struck me how beautiful it is. Plenty of seating outside. I opted to sit inside, and plenty of seating too. I made note of it for the monthly vegan dining group I'm in. The wait staff has been friendly both times I've been. The first time, I showed a picture someone posted, and said that's what I wanted to order. It was the Corn Ribs, it was so good! I got a half order of the House bread and a hibiscus tea. Everything was fabulous. In October, the vegan dining group came here for our monthly outing. It happened to be during the Dine in the 'Couve month. There was a special to pick 3 for $33. That's what I did. There was a choice of a starter; pretzel bites or salad, I got the salad. Any entree, I got the pumpkin gnocchi. A drink of soda, tea or draft cocktail. I got a draft Pumpkin cocktail. The table decided to share 3 appetizers. We got brussel sprouts, cauliflower and asparagus. All were amazing! I would have liked to order Corn Ribs again, but it wasn't on the menu this time. The only negative that happened on our visit was that my friend was going to order a diet coke, but noticed the blood orange soda and decided to get that instead. When time to pay the bill, her bill was higher than she expected. When she questioned it, there was alcohol in her drink. The waitress was so sorry that she apparently heard the order wrong. She took the drink off the bill. My friend didn't want to drive home right away, especially in the rain. So another friend and I accompanied her to the ice cream shop across the street. (On the night we visited 3 Howls, they didn't have a dessert offering). The ice cream shop did have a couple of vegan options. Like I said, I will be back!

Went with my vegan friends and was not disappointed. The aesthetics are fun and service was great. Had an oat milk latte with maple I believe and it was delicious! Had the grinder sandwich and took the other half to my mom who said she would not have known vegan if I didn't tell her.

Had dinner with my husband on a Friday after work here. I wanted to try a new local spot and was super intrigued by the website. Super cute the second you walk up! The decor and aesthetic is on point. I ordered a cocktail and it came with the CUTEST sticker I got to keep. My husband had a delicious Old Fashioned. Alex, our waiter was super sweet and attentive! The Corn Ribs are a MUST! The Umami is off the charts. My compliments to the chef. That was one of the best appetizers I've had in a long time. I got the Mac & Cheese with broccoli and my husband got the Pretty Bird. Quality flavors, good ingredients - and my stomach felt nourished and happy! The playlist was on point. My husband even asked if I had my phone playing - I was singing every song haha. Inviting, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere!
